Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, NI(M), HJ, COAS & CDF, visited Kurram on Eid-ul-Fitr to spend time with the troops and officers stationed there. He offered Eid prayers alongside service members and prayed for the enduring stability and prosperity of Pakistan. During his interactions with troops and officers, he listened to welfare concerns, commended their professionalism and sacrifices in maintaining security, and reiterated the army’s commitment to their welfare and to strengthening civil-military cooperation. He emphasized resilience against terrorism, the importance of protecting civilians, and the need for national unity and solidarity. The visit highlighted leadership presence with the troops, boosted morale, and reaffirmed resolve to maintain peace and security across the country.
